I want you to love every item you buy from my store and am happy to accept returns & exchanges on any UNUSED items with original box, with the original packing on for up to 10 days. To return your purchase, please contact me to request an Return Authorization Number.

Please email me your name and Order ID number and I will respond with an RAN number and return instructions. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility unless you received the wrong item or it was delivered in a damaged condition. In any case if it was my fault, I will cover your return shipping.

When you retrun the items, I do strongly suggest that you track and insure your package as I am not responsible for lost returned packages.

When your return is received, I will refund you 100% of the price you paid for the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping and handling cost is non-refundable for undelivery, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless I made an error. If order was shipped to you for free, then there won't be any shipping fee deduction.
